I was playing around with my attribue points and it did this to me and I can't chnage my points...Is there anyway I can fix this? coz its freaking me out..lol I feel like such a noob

For every 250 experience points you regain another refund point. Just go out and start killing stuff and you will be able to reverse what you did.

Above your Attributes is an "Attribute Refunds: 0/24".

That tells you how many refund points you have. Every time you lower an attribute, it spends it.

Like Lost said, you can regain the points by earning 250xp per 1 Refund Point.
